This property was a bank owned foreclosure purchased for $320,000 in 2019. It was a large house and sat on 10 acres close to the Rappahannock River. It had a detached garage and a large deck, but everything was a bit run down because it had sat vacant for seven years.
And the front.. Oh boy, the front. Just plain ugly. We really needed to do something about that!
It was a greatly improved property but the numbers ultimately revealed that doing less would have been more profitable. Great learning experience for future evaluations!
