This was the first Restoration project! Acquired in May of 2011 and sold in July of 2012, this house was Restoration’s foray into residential remodeling. Lovingly known as the ‘Hobbit House’ because of the low ceilings in certain rooms, this home had limited upside (quite literally). So the key for profitability was to make the home livable and attractive and to maximize the available space through creative design while keeping costs as low as possible.
