This home was purchased as part of a seven-lot subdivision investment. Restoration still owns three lots and will build new homes on each of the properties in the near future.
There was quite the space in this large rambler (about 7,000 square feet!) and it sat on a peaceful 10+ acre lot. There was a nice three-car garage, two horse barns, and an additional three-car garage toward the back of the lot. Space was not an issue!
