Purchased for $79,000 in February 2014, this was probably about $20,000 too much in hindsight because of the shear scope of the work required. But when you’re first learning and starting out, it’s difficult to be selective with your projects.
This was definitely a learning experience for the company in terms of avoiding massive remodels (unless of course there’d be massive profit on the other end). But the project was still profitable and the final product was something to be proud of.
